The Christian Education Committee is coordinating the “Giving Tree” program to aid some of the needy families in our area. In the DeWolf Room, a tree decorated with gift tags will allow church members to help make Christmas special for a family in need. Each gift tag will have a family number, name, age, and gift item to be purchased. Please take as many tags as you wish and purchase the item(s) asked for. Once purchased, the gifts must be wrapped and labeled with the family number and first name of the recipient(s). Gifts, wrapped and labeled, must be returned by December 17th.

The Deacons are continuing the tradition that began two years ago by preparing and delivering food baskets to those less fortunate at Christmas. We are inviting the congregation to provide donations starting the first Sunday in December. As always, all are welcome to help put up the baskets. A list of food items will be available at Sunday worship. Pleaes deliver food items to the Diamond Room. The baskets will be assembled on Sunday, December 17th, and delivered sometime the following week.
