Please bring your insurance card Flu vaccination is covered by Medicare Medicaid Most private insurances, private pay, sliding fee scale.  For more information, please call 682-2100, ext470.  If you are allergic to eggs or egg products, you cannot have a flu shot please wear sleeveless or loose tops.  Open to anyone over 18.
