First Congregational Church is a growing and thriving community of faith. We welcome everyone into our church, either as participants or members.
Membership means making a public commitment to being a part of our church. It also allows you to play a part in DEMOCRACY! It means you have a vote in what happens at FCC, and it also means you can serve on certain boards and committees. The Congregational Churches (our historic partner) founded the town governance model where everyone has their say, but not everyone has their way!
If you wish to join the church simply let the pastor know. Sign the visitor card in the pews so you will receive congregational communication.
New member classes are held in the Fall and Spring of every year. You will be notified about these classes, or you may meet with the pastor if needed at another time. The classes are informal and our aim is not to make it difficult to join our church, but to get you involved after you join!
