General Information: We host this event as a fundraiser for FCC. The event will take place on Saturday June 28, 2025 from 10 AM to 3 PM Outdoors, on the North Lawn and Courtyard of the church located on the corner of Bradford and High Streets in Bristol, RI. Food will be available for sale from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
You will be allowed a 10-foot by 10-foot area for each space. You must provide your own tables, canopy, etc. for your area. You may come and look at the space to determine what you will need to show your work. Space is limited and on a first come, first served basis. Please apply early.
There is no rain date, however, we will move indoors and make do (i.e., space will be restricted).
This event is open to local crafters and craft vendors. You must have a copy of your 2025 RI Tax number. You are free to contact RI state for a temporary tax number, but the church will not provide one.

NOTE: Due to the increase in online scammers, please do not respond to requests to send your money anywhere but the church office. We will NOT contact you via social media to ask for direct payment. All money must be sent to the church office or received through PayPal. This is for your protection.
Vendor Application form:
You must submit a completed application form, and pay the table space fee for each table space you need. You must download the application form here (opens a pdf in a new window). Print the form and fill it out. Then either email an electronic copy (a scan or legible photo) to: Jen at crafters@fccbristol.org, or mail a printed copy to the FCC office at:

Vendor Table Space Fee:
The vendor fee is $40 per table space, which may be paid to FCC by check, or by Paypal.
To pay by check:
Include your check made out to “First Congregational Church in Bristol“, for the desired number of table spaces with the printed Application Form and mail both to the FCC address above.
Add a check note stating “2025 Craft Fair Vendor Fee for # Table Spaces”
